You’ll need 3–4 hours a week for training — that’s it. Your nutrition and habits will be built around your lifestyle, not in spite of it. I work with busy professionals, so everything is designed to be realistic, not restrictive.
Nope. My whole approach is about making this work with your life — not cutting it off. We’ll work in flexible nutrition strategies (like calorie banking and smart planning) so you can lose fat without skipping dinners, dates, or drinks with mates.
You’ll have direct access to me throughout the program. That means weekly video check-ins, personalised feedback, and ongoing support via messaging — so you always know what to do, how to adjust, and what’s working. You’re never left on your own to figure things out.
Yes OR a good home gym set up — this program is built around weights-based training. You don’t need to train every day, but access to a gym gives us the tools to get real results efficiently. If you’re unsure where to start, I’ll help you feel confident walking into the gym and knowing exactly what to do.
If you show up, engage with the plan, and give it your absolute best — yes, that kind of result is 100% possible. I’ve coached loads of guys to drop 5–10kg (and keep it off), but it only works if you commit. I’ll give you the exact tools, structure, and support — but you’ve got to meet me halfway and take action. If you do, the results will speak for themselves.
